Omniviewlab is business management software for small and mid-sized companies. It replaces the usual arrangement of a spreadsheet for stock, a separate till, a payroll file and an accountant who reconciles all three at the end of the month.
It is used by businesses trading in Vietnam and is built around Vietnamese VAT and accounting periods. The software is in English and Vietnamese. It runs in a web browser with nothing to install.
It is sold as five packages on one login and one database: ERP for stock, purchasing, sales, accounting and the point-of-sale till; F&B for restaurants; HR for people and absence; Learning for courses and tuition; and Content for blog posts and documents. Every business also gets user and role management, and an AI assistant that answers questions about your own data. A sale in the till posts to the ledger, a goods receipt moves stock and creates a payable, and a period close checks the lot.

Every business also gets user and role management, 3 seats, and the AI assistant, which runs on prepaid credits.

How you get it
Omniviewlab is delivered over the internet. There is nothing to ship and nothing to install: you sign in through a web browser on a computer, a tablet or a phone.
Access is provisioned to your business account after your first payment clears, normally within one business day. You are told by email when it is ready. If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, access to the paid modules stops at the end of the period already paid for, and your data remains available for export.

What languages does it work in?
The software and this site are in English and Vietnamese. Our legal documents are published in English, and English is the language that governs them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. The refunds and cancellation policy sets out when a refund applies.
