Terms of service

Omniviewlab is provided by OMNIVIEWLAB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (EIN 98-1971036), with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY, 82801, US. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean OMNIVIEWLAB LLC, and "you" means the business that holds the account.

We provide access to Omniviewlab, business management software delivered over the internet and used through a web browser. What your account includes depends on the plan you subscribe to; the plans and what each contains are described on our pricing page.

We may change, add to or remove features. Where a change materially reduces what a plan includes, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel under section 6 without penalty.

You are responsible for who you give access to, for the roles and permissions you grant them, and for everything done under your account. Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

You must give us accurate business and billing information and keep it up to date. We may suspend an account whose details we cannot verify.

The business records you put into Omniviewlab remain yours. We process them to provide the service, to support you, and to meet our legal obligations, and for nothing else. We do not sell them and we do not use them to train models for anyone else.

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Prices are those shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe, quoted in USD. The service is sold as packages, which add together; the bundle discount shown on the pricing page applies to the whole of your order and follows the number of packages you hold. Each business includes 3 seats, and additional seats are charged at the price shown there.

Subscriptions are charged at the start of each billing period and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. A free trial requires no payment details and does not turn into a paid subscription on its own.

The AI assistant runs on prepaid credits. It stops when your credit balance reaches zero, so its use is never billed beyond the credits you have bought.

Payment is taken by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Card numbers are never held on our systems. If a payment fails we may retry it and, if it continues to fail, suspend access until the amount due is paid.

Prices exclude any taxes that apply where you are established. Where we are required to collect a tax, it is added and shown separately.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. When a refund applies, and how to ask for one, is set out in our refunds and cancellation policy.

Your use of Omniviewlab is subject to our acceptable use policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches it, and we will tell you why.

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We carry out maintenance, and where it is planned and likely to interrupt service we give notice. Support is available through the channels published on our contact page, and we reply within the time published there. We use AI systems to help answer support requests.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss.

We offer Omniviewlab to businesses in the United States and Vietnam.

We do not provide the service to any person or entity subject to sanctions or export restrictions that apply to us, or in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful. You confirm that you are not such a person and will not make the service available to one.

We may change these terms. We will publish the new version here with a new "last updated" date and, where a change materially affects your rights, tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

These terms are published in English, and English is the language that governs them. Where we provide a translation of any part of this site for convenience, the English text prevails in the event of a difference.
