Pricing per package, in USD, cancel any time
All prices are shown in USD. Each business chooses and pays for its own packages. Support is in English and Vietnamese. Every package costs $100.00 USD per month. Packages add together, so a business holds as many as it needs.

- Front of house and kitchen for food and beverage: menus, recipes, orders and the work that turns one into the other.
- Employees, org structure, working hours, absence and an absence calendar, with bulk import for a business that already has records.
- Courses, lessons, enrolment, assessment and tuition, for a business that teaches as well as trades.
- Blog posts and other documents in a rich editor, with drafts, versions and a shared media library.
Seats
A seat is one person who can sign in to your business. Every business includes 3 seats at no charge; each additional seat is $10.00 USD per month.
Free trial
Try any one package free for 1 month. No card is required, and nothing is charged when the trial ends: choose the packages you want to pay for, or the package pauses and your data is kept.
AI assistant credits
The AI assistant runs on prepaid credits, bought in packs of $10.00 USD, $50.00 USD, $200.00 USD. When the balance reaches zero the assistant stops, so it is never billed beyond the credits you have bought.
Every business with a paid package also receives $5.00 USD of credit each month. Monthly credit does not roll over; credit you buy never expires.
Bundles
The more packages a business holds, the less each one costs. The discount applies to the whole order, and it follows the number of packages you hold as you add or drop them.

Billing, trials and cancellation
You are charged when a subscription starts, and then at the beginning of each billing period. The amount and the period are shown for each package before you commit to it, and on every receipt afterwards.
A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price until you cancel it. If we change a price, what you already hold keeps the price it was bought at.
You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then. The full terms are in the refunds and cancellation policy.
How payment is handled
This website is served over HTTPS, and so is every page where you sign in or pay.
Card details are entered into, and held by, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers and we never store them. We receive only the result of a payment and the last four digits, so that you can tell one card from another.

Where we sell
Omniviewlab is offered to businesses in United States, Vietnam.
We do not offer the service to businesses or people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
We do not sell to businesses in countries or to persons subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions, and we may decline or withdraw service where doing so is required by law.
Pricing questions
What currency are prices in?
All prices on this site are quoted in US dollars (USD), and that is the currency you are charged in wherever you are. If your card is issued in another currency your bank converts the amount and may add a foreign exchange fee, which is theirs rather than ours.
When am I charged?
At the start of the subscription, and then at the start of each billing period after that. Nothing is charged without a subscription you have started.
Can I add or drop packages?
Yes. A package you add is available as soon as it is paid for. One you drop stays available until the end of the period you have paid for. The bundle discount follows the number of packages you hold.
What happens when a trial ends?
The package pauses and your data is kept. Nothing is charged, because a trial needs no card. Choose a package to pay for whenever you are ready.
Can I get a refund?
